| Based on a Bengali play "Ballavpurer Roopkathaa" by Badal Sarkar this film was shot for quite a long time and was completed but it was never released. The film looked so bad on completion that Salil refused to compose the background music for the film. The first song of Yesudas for Salil "Ni sa ga ma" was beautifully shot at the palace of Maharahja of Datia in Madhya Pradesh. It had Vijay Arora and Sarika in lead roles. A record from the soundtrack exists and has long become a collector's item. Wonderful songs. Song#AM4 is a continuation of Song#AM1 |
