This seems to be a dubbed Telugu version of the original Malayalam film "Madanolsavam".
According to the credits there are two composers for this film. Salil Chowdhury and Chakravarthy. In the film there are only 4 songs and the 4th song is composed by Chakravarthy. It seems that "Madanolsavam" became so popular all over the south that all the regions wanted their own versions !
The Tamil version of this film is 'Paruvamajhai' and the Hindi version of this film is 'Dil ka Saathi Dil'. There's even a vinyl LP of the Hindi film songs.
